PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Noble Granite Inc. sends text messages to customers about their own countertop or stone project — appointment and scheduling confirmations, template and installation arrival times, and replies to questions customers send us. This is a transactional messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

HOW YOU OPT IN

You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you request an estimate, sign a work order, or speak with our staff, after being told that we will text you about your project. You may also opt in by texting us first at (904) 977-8772.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies depending on your project and is typically 1-5 messages per job.

COST

Message and data rates may apply. Noble Granite Inc. does not charge for these messages, but standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages you send and receive.

HOW TO GET HELP

Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (904) 696-9413.

HOW TO STOP

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To start again, reply START.

CARRIERS

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
